Eurofins reaches agreement with Novozymes for Acrylaway® Testing
Eurofins and Novozymes have reached an arrangement under which Eurofins will analyze acrylamide in food that has been treated with Novozymes’ Acrylaway®. Acrylaway is a new enzyme product, developed, and commercialized by Novozymes that reduces acrylamide formation in baked and fried starchy foods.
