Merger & Acquisition Officer
WORKING LOCATION:
Eurofins Scientific, Inc., is moving its U.S. Headquarters to Des Moines, IA. A newly completed 6000 sq ft lab and company growth has lead to the need for a Group Leader in Des Moines, IA
SPECIFIC ASSIGNMENTS:
- Establish relationships and create an active deal pipeline.
- Identify and evaluate business, industry and real estate opportunities
- Coordinate and implement due diligence for potential companies
- Perform industry/company research.
- Generate new business opportunities and achieve growth.
- Communicate significant issues and manage expectations of service
- Develop financial models for potential transactions.
- Participate in budgeting and forecasting process
- Travel up to 60% of time
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Proven M&A experience in the Bioanalytical field, with 5-10 years of experience. Bachelors or Masters Degree in accounting, finance or related field. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a high energy, results oriented environment.

- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Responsive problem solver and action oriented
