Eurofins Food Safety Systems, Consulting Services Department is available to assist your company with projects in food safety improvement, thermal processing and labeling issues resolution and dietary supplement cGMP compliance.
Our food safety programs include the preparation of both prerequisite (GMPs, SOPs etc) and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) Programs and Dietary Supplements cGMPs. We can also assist in the development of Quality HACCP programs, Allergen Control Programs and in preparation for SQF audits.

Our Thermal Processing Authority can assist you with both Heat Penetration and Heat Distribution Studies, as well as other support services for your thermal processing activities and process filings, including the determination of Low Acid, Acidified or High Acid status for a food product.
Product Development Support includes label and ingredient review for both the US and several international markets and nutrition by database for appropriate products. Shelf-life and stability testing are also available.
