Description
Eurofins Medinet is a dynamic, strong growing organization that offers global laboratory services to support the pharmaceutical and biotechnological industry with a complete package of central laboratory services. We also offer extended support in Biomarkers, Genomic Testing, and Microbiology testing in Clinical Trials and specialized Bio analytical services. Our laboratories are localized in The Netherlands, France, US, Singapore, China and India and we work closely with our standardized partners in South-Africa, South America, Japan and Australia.
As Team Leader Client Support you will be in charge of the daily operations at Client support Center.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Planning the workload within Client Support Center;
- Analyzing and improving current processes;
- Coach and train employees of Client Support Center;
- Make sure that the employees of Client Support Center and yourself work according to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and work instructions;
- Contact clients and other Eurofins departments to resolve queries;
- Solve questions, issues and/or requests from clients in a professional manner;
- Register all actions in the Client Support System;
Requirements
- College Degree
- 3-5 years leadership experience
- Prior Customer service experience is preferred
- Ability to speak Spanish is preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive attitude and high energy
- Ability to travel to The Netherlands for training
