Eurofins Food Safety Systems Introduces BRC Training Courses

Eurofins Food Safety Systems announces the launch of two new training courses to enhance its food safety training program. “The BRC Food Safety Standard for Issue 7 – Understanding Requirements” and “The BRC standard for Food Safety, Issue 7 – Conversion from Issue 6 to 7” courses are scheduled to launch in Orlando, Florida, July 27-29 and are part of an ongoing expansive training curriculum.

BRC is a globally recognized, GFSI benchmarked certification standard that offers guidance to a wealth of industries and is well-known for its forward thinking and rigorous requirements that promote consumer confidence and recognition for suppliers.

Eurofins is a world-wide provider of BRC certification audits through its France based COFRAC accredited site. Eurofins Food Safety Systems division, based in the US, is progressively evolving their audit personnel to effectively and proactively cover the growing demands of BRC certification audits within North America.
