BRC Food Issue 7 – Understanding the Requirements
Following an introduction and history of the standard, attendees will participate in a deep dive of each of the seven sections outlined in BRC’s Food Safety Standard Issue 7. Additionally, an overview of the BRC audit process will be reviewed ensuring competence in audit protocol.
- BRC structure, certification process and benefits

- Audit Preparation, Protocol and Proceedings (corrective action submission, audit closing, certificate instructions) and BRC directory
A good technical knowledge of the industry is essential. Attendees should have read and reviewed a copy of the BRC Global Standard for Food Safety Issues 7 prior to attending the course.
