Economic adulteration has long been a subject of concern. Dilution, mislabeling, partial or complete substitution of expensive ingredients are not infrequent practices. They can inflict substantial damage on the companies involved. In order to determine the authenticity of a product we offer our clients a combination of chemical analysis and stable isotope analysis. These are available for a wide range of matrices: fruit juices, fruit concentrates, fruit purees and flavors. These are also possible for wine, spirits, vanilla, mint flavor, olive oil and much more.
