Each order must include:

• Article number
• Description
• Size
• Quantity
• Delivery address with clear shipping instructions
• Address for invoicing
• Contact name
• Contact title
• Phone number
• Fax number
• Email address

To ensure freshness of BIOREBA AG reagents all orders are shipped on a weekly schedule from Switzerland. To allow quicker delivery time please place your order as outlined below.

1. The deadline for receiving weekly standard Bioreba orders is every Wednesday by 2:00 PM Mountain time.
2. Changes to all orders or cancellations (without additional charges) will be accepted until Thursday by 12:00 noon on the same week the order was placed.
3. Under special circumstances, orders will be accepted on Thursdays by 12:00 noon but changes and /or cancellations will not be accepted.
4. Rush orders will be accepted any day of the week but extra delivery charges may apply (please call us for specific information).

Shipping Information

To ensure quick and secure delivery, all reagents will ship to you by FedEx overnight services. All equipment will ship to you by UPS Ground Freight services within 3-5 business days (when in stock).

Reagents and other products are shipped at ambient temperature. Please refer to shipping documents for reagent and other product storage after receipt. Generally, all reagents and other products must be kept at 4°C for long term storage. If you have special shipping requirements, please provide specific instructions.
