This four-hour workshop, led by one of our food safety consultants, will focus on good inspection practices in food manufacturing environments.

- Understand what to look for while conducting plant walkthroughs through real-life examples
- Best practices to create effective walkthrough checklists and how to document findings
- Creating inspection toolkits and other helpful resources
