Customer satisfaction survey provides valuable customer perspective

Survey results from customers this summer included perhaps the most telling statistics with a single query. When asked to rank Lancaster Laboratories in the Overall Performance/Satisfaction category, 95 percent of respondents rated the Lab as “Outstanding,” “Exceeds Expectations” or “Meets All Requirements.” Customers could also select “Needs Improvement” and “Unacceptable.”

Lancaster Laboratories also scored very high in the specific categories, including: Responsiveness, Communication, Technical Knowledge, Performance, Report Accuracy, Turnaround Time, Data Package Accuracy and Turnaround Time and Technical Satisfaction.
