History

Founded in 2021, Eurofins CellTx is an affiliate laboratory of Eurofins Donor and Product Testing (DPT) which is based in Centennial, Colorado. Eurofins DPT (formerly Eurofins VRL) has a long history of donor testing. Combined with the acquisition of LABS Inc in 2018, Eurofins DPT has served the donor community since 1978.

1978 - Immunological Associates of Denver Founded
1998 - IAD acquired by Bonfils Blood Center, changed name to Laboratories at Bonfils
2007 - L.A.B. acquired by AlloSource, changed name to LABS Inc.
2010 - VRL HCTP Laboratories founded
2016 - VRL HCTP acquired by Eurofins Scientific, changed name to Eurofins VRL
2018 - LABS Inc. acquired by Eurofins VRL
2021 - Eurofins VRL changed name to Eurofins Donor & Product Testing
2021 - Eurofins Donor & Product Testing established affiliate laboratory Eurofins CellTx
