Today’s complex food supply chain has led many of the world’s major food retailers to require their suppliers to meet specific food safety certification standards, including Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) schemes. Eurofins teams of talented auditing professionals are experts in the application of these food safety certification standards.

Eurofins can assist you with choosing the appropriate food safety certification scheme to help you meet the demand of increasingly high food safety standards.

BRC Certification

BRC Certification

As a GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative) recognized scheme, British Retail Consortium (BRC) incorporates both international and domestic regulations into its food safety certification program.

FSSC 22000

FSSC 22000 is one of the leading food safety management system (FSMS) certifications. It combines the principles of ISO standards and GFSI requirements to uniquely set the stage for a complete food safety system.

Safe Quality Food (SQF) Certification is a GFSI recognized scheme, satisfying retail and food service HACCP requirements. This food safety certification scheme enhances both food safety and management systems increasing consumers’ confidence in your brand.

FAMI-QS is the only certification program focused on specialty feed and their ingredients.  The American Feed Industry Association (AFIA) has partnered with FAMI-QS to co-brand this program as the International Safe Feed/Safe Food.

With new regulations coming in to law, quality and safety procedures are now being evaluated closer than ever. SF/SF is an FDA recognized standard that includes elements compliant with FSMA.

Gluten-Free Certification

Your company’s participation in this program will help verify compliance and lend credibility to your label claims.  The GFCP is an effective, proactive solution to help prevent recalls and retain customer trust.
