2024 PFAS State of the Union

It is that time of year again. With each passing year there is more to keep track of with regards to legislative and regulatory developments to address PFAS. Although state activity has waned in recent years, federal activity is thriving. The U.S. EPA is two years into the initiatives outlined in the PFAS Strategic Roadmap with many items well underway or completed.
