Eurofins DQCI Announces Partnership with Southeast Milk, Inc. (SMI) to Assume Operational Responsibility of Belleview, Florida Site
Eurofins DQCI is excited to announce our partnership with Southeast Milk, Inc., in which we will assume operational responsibility of the Belleview, Florida site. Eurofins will take over the business management of the daily operations and seven employees performing raw milk analysis, producer payment/quality testing, in addition to Dairy Herd Improvement (DHI) testing.

This relationship with Eurofins, the largest food and feed analytical laboratory company in the world, will allow the following for Southeast Milk, Inc. members when responsibilities are assumed:
- Direct access to all Eurofins analytical methods through the Belleview, Florida location including Mastitis PCR and pregnancy analysis on milk
- Increased analytical services offered locally at the Belleview, Florida lab
- Improved quality and efficiency
- State of the art Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) and newest digital platforms including a mobile application and electronic data management.
- Access to the Eurofins network of laboratories, to include 400% redundancy improvement by connecting the Belleview site with other DQCI locations.
- Dedicated quality leadership assisting in quality review and support of the Belleview lab
- More robust quality systems and employee training by thorough internal auditing
- Additional local services offered to Southeast Milk, Inc.
