Press Release: Justin Eason Takes on New Role as Business Unit Manager of Eurofins SF Analytical Laboratories, Inc. North Carolina

Eurofins is pleased to announce the appointment of Justin Eason as the new Business Unit Manager for our North Carolina laboratory, effective November 2023. In his new position, Justin will play a key leadership role in driving the strategic direction of the laboratory, overseeing operations, and fostering innovation.
Justin brings a wealth of experience to his new position, having previously served as a Business Analyst with Eurofins US Food, Feed, & Supplement Testing, where he demonstrated expertise in budget planning, financial analysis, KPI tracking and development, Lean Project Management, and served as an offshore resource leader. His keen insights into financial forecasting and organizational development make him well-suited for the responsibilities of the Business Unit Manager role.
Prior to his role as Business Analyst, Justin served as the Client Services Manager at Eurofins Nutrition Analysis Center (ENAC) in Des Moines, Iowa. In this capacity, he managed a team of approximately ten professionals, including Project Coordinators, Project Managers, and an Inside Sales Manager. Justin's leadership was characterized by a focus on training, SOPs, and metric reporting, and he successfully implemented software to enhance client correspondence tracking and metric analysis.
Justin's career also includes roles as a Technical Trainer at Bio-Rad Laboratories, where he coordinated and delivered training to laboratory staff, and as a Quality Analyst at International Grains & Cereals, where he was responsible for performing grain analyses and defining quality standards.
Justin holds a bachelor’s degree in Biology/Biological Sciences from Iowa State University, where he also served as a Research Assistant.
