Vitamin A Analysis in Foods and Supplements
Vitamin A is critical to the health of humans and animals as it plays a roles in vision, gene transcription, and immune function. Many foods and supplements are fortified with the Vitamin A esters Retinyl Acetate and Retinyl Palmitate so accurate and timely analysis is critical to food and supplement companies. This poster describes the method development of Retinyl Acetate and Retinyl Palmitate by Supercritical Fluid Extraction and Chromatography.
