2. Get Your Custom Quote
Our Client Service Specialists will send you a tailored quote along with a clear overview of the certification process and required documentation.
3. Product Submission
We work directly with you and your manufacturer as needed to collect detailed product information like the formula and raw material specifications to make sure we have a clear understanding of the product to be certified.
4. Product Evaluation
Eurofins Assurance performs a review of the product against standard requirements and approves the evaluation plan which includes testing of the finished product in accordance with the Eurofins P102 Product Certification standards. Eurofins will maintain a registered file of the approved product attributes.
5. Facility Audit
Eurofins Assurance will review the facilities that produce your product to ensure they meet quality standards and have effective controls in place to reduce risks from chemical contaminants.
6. Sample Collection and Testing
Eurofins will initiate sample collection with you or your manufacturer and perform comprehensive analysis per the product test plan based on the standards.
7. Expert Final Review
Our Certification Quality Specialists will carefully evaluate your formulation, submitted documentation, and test results to determine acceptability.
8. Certification Decision
Once our Certification Quality Specialists complete their review, you'll receive a formal decision:
- Approval – accompanied by your final Evaluation Summary, Certificate(s) of Analysis (CoAs), official Program Certificate, and use of the Eurofins Assurance Certification Mark/Seal.
OR
- Out-of-Specification (OOS) Result – if any part of the evaluation falls outside of the defined acceptance criteria, you will receive:
- Your Evaluation Summary describing the nature of the deviation,
- A list of available resolution options,
- Certificate(s) of Analysis (CoAs), and
- A Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA) form to utilize to document your investigation into the underlying root cause(s) and corresponding corrective action.
Once all issues are resolved, our Assurance Quality Specialist will reevaluate your product conformity to the standard and amend your final Evaluation summary.
