Advanced HACCP Training Course
This course takes a deep dive into the maintenance of a HACCP Plan and will specifically address “what a robust hazard analysis” consists of. You will work on risk-based decision-making, examine verification, validation, and reassessment, and discuss how HACCP principles have evolved over time in USDA/FSIS regulatory requirements and GSFSI schemes. The course provides numerous activities to help you advance your HACCP knowledge in a hands-on format.
This course is valuable for food industry executives and professionals that are responsible for developing, implementing, and/or supporting company food safety and HACCP programs. This may include:
- C-suite executives

- Quality assurance managers and personnel
