BRCGS Gluten-Free Issue 4 Training Course

This BRCGS developed training course has been designed for new and existing Global Standard Gluten-Free Issue 4 customers to understand the Standard’s requirements and to provide guidance on implementing a preventative, risk-based Gluten-Free Management System. This training also explains the process of becoming certificated to Global Standard Gluten-Free Issue 4. This training will satisfy the requirement for gluten-free training on site.

This course is valuable for individuals involved in food manufacturing managing gluten-free products including:

Certificate

At the end of the course, participants will have the opportunity to take the exam to receive a certificate of completion (25 question exam; Pass mark 60%). Upon successful completion of this course, participants will receive a Certificate of Completion for their records.

Course Requirements

Virtual Courses

Participants in all courses which are held virtually (live, instructor led) require an internet connection, computer (desktop or laptop), webcam, and microphone. You must be present via webcam (camera on) for the entire course to receive a certificate of completion. For the best course experience, we suggest you are in a place free from distractions and with a stable internet connection.

Face-to-Face/In-person Courses

Participants in all courses which are held in-person must be present for the entire course to receive a certificate of completion.
