Listeria Management Training Course
Listeria monocytogenes continues to be a challenge for the food industry, particularly for Ready To Eat (RTE) foods. RTE foods are adulterated if Listeria monocytogenes is present on direct contact surfaces, pose a hazard to a segment of the population and are subject to recall.
