Eurofins Analytics Helpful Suggestions

1. Use the Part Number from our Directory of Service when ordering sample media. It will ensure you get the exact media you’re requesting.
2. If you know exactly what you need, email your Supply Order for your sample media and pumps along with when you need it. It will save you time.
3. When using passive monitoring badges, be sure to use the badge number identification on your COC.
4. Always ship LAL/HPC samples cold and ship overnight, first morning delivery. Samples can deteriorate once they get warm.
5. Ship the COCs in a separate ziplock bag when sending cold samples with ice packs. Condensation and paper don’t mix!

A Chain of Custody (COC) is generated using the information submitted through our Tracker Portal, after samples are delivered to the laboratory.

An account may be set up with Eurofins Reservoirs Environmental after a client submits more than 5 jobs. This will allow us to bill you instead of paying by credit card or check when you drop off samples.
