Course Description This course identifies Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) for microbiological and chemical analysis within a food manufacturing plant. This course is based on ISO 17025 principles and focuses on building a quality management system for the laboratories to ensure uniformity, consistency, reliability, reproducibility and integrity of analysis.
